We took our two German Shepherd puppies, Gypsy and Rose, to Paradigm K9 LLC for training, and the results were amazing! Jeff and Kayla are excellent trainers who truly care about the dogs. After completing the residential program, both pups came home completely transformed—calm, obedient, and responsive. Gypsy now sits, stays, waits, and even does fun tricks like “find it.” I highly recommend Paradigm K9 LLC to anyone serious about giving their dog the best start!

I cannot sing Jeff and his team's praises enough. We rescued a 4 year old pekingese who was extremely reactive and fear biting. He wouldn't allow most people to attempt to pet him without trying to bite. He was food aggressive, toy aggressive, and bed aggressive. He would try to bite if you came anywhere near him while he had toys or while he was in his bed. After a board and train with Jeff and Kayla, he is a completely different dog. In addition to the board and train, training sessions were done as well so we know how to teach and handle our guy! I now have a dog I can pet, pick up, take care of and love on! The difference in behavior was immediately shown when I picked him up from his board and train. He is much more relaxed, confident, and happy, not to forget extremely well behaved and listens to commands. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Jeff.

Jeff is wonderful as a trainer, he truly cares about you and your dogs. He did my adult GSD who was very leash reactive and didn’t care to be around other dogs and made her a much happier and more respectful dog. Then when I got my GSP puppy he did puppy training that helped Beau transition seamlessly into the adult training. Jeff has also continued to follow up with my dogs which has been so helpful these past 3 years. I highly recommend using Paradigm K9 LLC, you won’t be sorry!

Jeff was our 3rd trainer and the last hope for our Boerboel, Nikko. We acknowledge now that we took on a dog we were not equipped to handle. Boerboels are breed to guard and protect, and Nikko lived up to 100% of his ancestry. He also was exerting dominance over myself and our other dog. This was leading to dog fights, door aggression, and chaos.

Our first trainer was a 2 week board/train that was leash based. He did well getting him under control on a leash. But we still were unable to allow people into our home without fear of him biting. They were just not equipped to handle his door aggression.

The second trainer also recommended a two week board/train. She lost him from her facility on day 3. He was missing for 7 days, got hit by a car, crawled under a barbed wired fence – resulting in surgery and 53 staples across his back.

Needless to say we were hesitant to seek training again. But we had no choice. He was unmanageable. Jeff’s understanding of impulse control, anxiety, fear based aggression, and his approach to training was nothing like what we had experienced yet. He explained why 2 week board/train would never work for a dog like Nikko. His recommendation was a 6 week board/train.

Nikko came home with an engrained set of skills. He has been home now for 3 months. Jeff was very clear, due to Nikko’s age (3 years) and trauma this was going to be a 6 month to a year’s worth of work and consistency on our end. I am confident this is going to work. He is a better, and exceptionally obedient dog.

Bottom line: Jeff and Heather are worth the investment. Don’t make the mistakes I did and try cheaper options. Your dog and Jeff are worth it.

We have a Belgian Malinois, Vader, that we got at 12 weeks. Jeff came to our house and gave us an up front at home assessment. The pricing and commitment on our part was very clear. After the training program, Vader has been incredible. We have gotten comments whenever we go about how well behaved he is. We have since used Paradigm K9 for boarding while we were on vacation. The training brush ups help both Vader and us.
I have and will continue to recommend them to any and everyone.
