About Endless Pawsabilities, LLC
What they offer
Endless Pawsabilities runs three training products alongside a rehabilitation practice. Private lessons are built around the individual dog and household, covering "mastering the basics, curbing reactivity, or fine-tuning obedience for everyday life", held in the owner's home or at the facility, at $60-550 per dog. Group classes are capped at eight dogs and run "From puppy foundations to competitive dog sports" at $125 per dog. Behavior modification is offered as private lessons to tackle problem behaviors.
The rehabilitation side
A large part of this business is physical rehabilitation and canine fitness rather than obedience training: individualized fitness plans of six weeks or longer, and physical rehabilitation "Targeted for animals recovering from orthopedic surgeries or neurological events", worked out with the dog's own veterinarian. Those plans start at $70 per dog. This is a genuine difference from every other trainer in the metro and is worth knowing before booking.
Who runs it
Colleen Bragg is the trainer. She lists herself as a Registered Veterinary Technician, a Certified Companion Animal Rehabilitation Therapist, a Certified Professional Canine Fitness Trainer and a Fear Free Certified Professional at Level 2, and as an approved AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, AKC STAR Puppy Instructor, AKC Trick Dog Judge, AKC Fetch Judge and approved AKC Temperament Test Evaluator. She writes that she has been involved with dogs for the past 20+ years, starting as a volunteer with her local animal shelter and moving into dog sports, and elsewhere describes "more than 15 years of hands-on experience in dog training".
Approach
The stated approach is "Using science based methods to create confident, focused dogs and puppies", and the site's promise is that "Your dog's safety and emotional well-being are the top priorities in everything I do."
Practical details
The facility is at 3572 Hurricane Creek Rd, Hurricane, WV 25526. The site says email or text is the best way to make contact, and that sessions are self-scheduled.
