The site says a program takes the entirety of the dog into account — breed, health, nutrition, exercise, enrichment and individual personality — and that owners are involved at every step, with homework to go alongside lessons and an open invitation to check in by text, email, phone, pictures and videos. Support is described as continuing after the program ends: "Once you've joined the RSS pack, you're always family." The About page describes both owners coming to the work through their own difficult dogs — dog on dog aggression, human aggression, jumping, barking, car chasing — and credits them with "a combined 20 years of experience training and rehabilitating dogs." Their own summary of the philosophy is "Real Dogs — Real People — Real Life."

Credentials listed

The home page lists the business as insured and bonded and as a State of IL Licensed Kennel Operator, and lists IACP #7717, CGC Evaluator #99522, AKC Fit Dog Instructor and First Aid & CPR Certified (ProPetHero).
