If there was enough space and words to put down to describe what a wholesome, calm & well organized person and dog trainer Rachel is, I would do it. We trusted her back on Halloween to take in Maple. An almost 6 month old Malinois puppy. Being at my wits end with the puppy blues of what did I get myself into, Rachel came in and took this hyper, tangled ball of loving yarn of a dog and turned her into a dream. She found what makes Maple work. What makes her the most successful. Turns out Maple is a lush for some good lovings and she gets spoiled by Rachel any chance she gets. Hire her. Use her expertise and trust that she will do her best with honesty and integrity to give you back a dog that will be set to succeed.

Rachel is the perfect person to train your dog. She understands what an owner goes through to have such confidence in giving someone their child for a long period of time.

She constantly updates with texts and videos along with training tips that you will use at home. My dog Wesley was having issues with his confidence and people on a consistent basis. Rachel took his issues head on and made sure he got the necessary skills to deal with any future tasks he may encounter.

We reached out to Rachel because our dog, Goose, had serious leash reactivity. Walks were stressful and embarrassing—he would pull, lunge, and bark any time we saw another dog. As a rescue, he also struggled with confidence, and it felt like we had hit a wall.

Goose spent a month with Rachel, and from the start, she was incredible. She sent us daily video updates so we could see his progress and understand what he was learning. Over the course of 30 days, we watched him transform into a confident, well-mannered dog. It was clear that Rachel put her heart into working with him. She treated Goose like one of her own and helped us learn how to communicate with him more effectively.

Today, I took Goose on his first walk after training. We passed several dogs on the trail, and instead of barking and lunging, he calmly stepped off the trail, went into a down-stay, and waited for them to pass. For the first time, we were able to enjoy a peaceful walk together. It was something we honestly never thought possible.

Rachel has been working with Izzy and I since my girl was 10 weeks old. Now 6 months, Izzy is coming to work with me, has excellent manners, is socialized, and has learned off-leash freedom so she can be the amazing dog that she is everywhere we go.
Rachel provides so much support to me by being available via phone for any questions I may have and when Izzy is boarding and training with her, she sends me videos daily of her progress and allows me to visit as often as I need to feel comfortable.

Rachel was absolutely amazing with Olive! I struggled with her being hyper focused on balls and dragging me down every time we would go on a walk. 4 weeks with Cor Canis and Olive has the perfect heel while we walk and actually listens to me now when we play! She is a very smart dog and Rachel was able to unlock potentials in her that I could only hope for! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
