About Rick’s Canine Workshop

Rick's Canine Workshop is a Long Island training business that also runs classes in Westchester: its own site publishes a White Plains location at 220 Ferris Ave., alongside addresses in Brentwood, Holbrook and Ronkonkoma.

What it teaches here

The published curriculum is group classes and private lessons across obedience, puppy manners, rally, agility and Canine Good Citizen preparation, with aggression cases handled privately. The site names CPDT-KA as a credential held in the business.

Read the address carefully

220 Ferris Avenue is the Port Chester Obedience Training Club's building. A visiting instructor teaching in a club facility is a normal arrangement and it is genuine local supply – it is where you would physically go for these classes – but if you are choosing between the two listings at that address, understand that they are separate operations.

Who it suits

Owners in the White Plains, Greenburgh and Hartsdale area who want a class-based obedience or sport track and are happy with a trainer whose main center of gravity is elsewhere.
