Training programs and prices

The Dog Spot publishes a full priced training menu. Day Training runs at the facility while the owner works, on puppy and adult tracks and two days a week: a 12-day puppy program at $850, a 12-day program at $995, 24 days at $1,918 and 36 days at $2,769, with a behavior assessment at $125. Private training is in-home and sold in blocks – $1,100 for six days, $2,079 for twelve and $3,950 for twenty-four, with a behavior assessment consultation at $250. Board & Train is the third track. Approach

The stated method is game-based, and every program is described as customized, with the owner taught how to carry the work into daily life. The site claims a certified team of trainers and behaviorists; we record that as a claim and verify nothing.

Access policies worth knowing

The facility takes unaltered dogs with no spay or neuter requirement and no breed restrictions, and accepts fearful and dog-reactive dogs through what it calls a SOLO Rotation Program for dogs that prefer personal space. Playgroups are capped at three dogs. Rabies is required and a paid meet and greet is required before any booking. The site states the business is under new ownership.
