About COLLAB Dog Training

What they offer

COLLAB Dog Training serves clients in person in Arvada and worldwide over Zoom and through online courses. Its home page lists in-person and virtual pet dog training, puppy training and private coaching for service dog teams, and it specializes in helping owners self-train their own service dog through self-study courses and group coaching programs.

How sessions work

Clients can meet one-on-one over Zoom or in person and receive a custom training plan with personalized support. Client reviews on the site also describe day training and a week-by-week puppy course with a socialization checklist.

How they train

The site says it does not force dogs to do behaviors using fear; instead it focuses on collaboration, working with the dog to identify the underlying reasons for a behavior and meeting that need in a more appropriate way. The owner, Lisa Gallegos, is listed as CPDT-KA.
