Norton Dog Training builds its programs around obedience, which it calls the foundation of an amazing family dog. The site describes help for problems such as pulling on the leash, jumping up, barking, fighting for the door and bolting, and for puppies starting out. Training aims to make the owner the pack leader while gaining the dog's trust and respect.

Background

Founder Brad Norton writes that he started in the late 90s under a competitive gun dog trainer and spent the next 8 years traveling the country training and competing. He moved back to Las Vegas in 2008, focused on obedience for family dogs and later explored detection dog training for security police.
