About Siskiyou K9 Dog Training and German Shepherds

Obedience to protection in Ashland

Siskiyou K9 is a European working line German Shepherd breeder and dog training facility in Ashland, serving clients throughout Southern Oregon. Its goal is to develop well-balanced, enjoyable, confident dogs through consistent, clear communication and a strong bond between owner and dog, with each program shaped around the individual dog-and-owner partnership. All breeds and sizes are welcome.

Training options

Services include basic obedience, puppy development and advanced obedience, which covers obedience from four-wheelers, horseback or bicycle, herding foundations, group and environmental training, and building the best-behaved adventure buddy. There is also sport and competitive obedience, protection work, behavior modification for reactive, anxious and fearful dogs, and AKC Canine Good Citizen classes and testing. Training can run one on one on site or in the owner's home, in group sessions at the facility or in town, or with the dog staying in the trainer's home. Private sessions, group classes and custom packages are available on request.
