We have a very energetic 1 yr old , Berni and needed a little help with puppy behaviors .Olivia the trainer took such great care of Berni. We participated in the stay and train where Olivia sent us daily pics and updates. She really puts such time , effort , and love in with her clients and we felt so grateful for that. Berni learned so much and we love that Olivia took time with us so we could continue the good habits !
Olivia is a great trainer!! While on vacation my dog Jasmine needed some training, we checked out a few places and read reviews and was set on Paw & Order. Jasmine and I had a meet and greet prior before booking as they wanted to personally meet and observe her and ask what I wanted Jasmine to learn. I thought this was awesome as other places asked very little about Jasmine and things she needed to work on. Olivia keep me updated on her progress during her board and train. Jasmine learned to come when called, not jumping up on people, to sit until released, not to pull on leash when walking just to name a few, we are so happy with Jasmine's training, and highly recommend Olivia!

Nothing claimed to have trained my two dogs during boarding transferred to home, shock collars were sent home with their packets as if they already knew they didn't train my dogs. The packets were full of directions on how to train my dogs myself… They didn't even create, or potty train my Huskies are over a month of having them they were taught nothing… This place is a joke… The most she did was take great photos of my pups. I believe her name was Olivia a tiny blonde. If they offered refunds I would most definitely be demanding one.. we tried training twice with her, thinking maybe they just didn't catch on… I'd like to see her certification.
I have an Old English Sheepdog, and Jessica Bigham does amazing with him!! Jessica pays a great deal of attention my dog. She even discovered Charlie had a skin condition that was caused by the diet he was on. Without her showing me, and giving me tips and suggestions, I wouldn’t have known! She even advised me what to do when he was sprayed by a skunk! Charlie loves going to Paw and Order. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot!
Jessica can bond with ALL animals. My mind is at great ease knowing Charlie is safe and in amazing hands while being groomed.
