About SpiritDog Training

What they offer

SpiritDog Training is run by trainer Steffi Trott, who has taught dog training to clients locally and online since 2013 and is based in New Mexico. She trains with clients around the state, teaches seminars, and competes in agility with her own four dogs.

Online courses

The business is best known for self-paced online courses, including programs for reactive dogs, rescue dogs, puppies, obedience and focus. Courses use step-by-step video and written instructions, work on any device, and come with access to a community of trainers and course alumni. Each course carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Approach

Training is positive and game-based, built around each dog's and owner's strengths and weaknesses, and the trainer follows research on dog cognition and behavior. Ask about local in-person sessions when you get in touch.
