About Rocket Dog Coaching

Puppy coaching in Wylie

Rocket Dog Coaching is a positive, science-based dog training business in Wylie, focused on Wylie and nearby Sachse, Murphy, Parker, St. Paul, Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard neighborhoods. Coach Mandy has worked since her teens in vet clinics, shelters, salons, boarding and daycare, keeps up with research on dog behavior, and fits the plan to each dog. Real-world socialization around dogs, kids, cats, vacuums and doorbells sits at the center of the training, and every dog goes home with a written assessment and next steps.

Services

Puppy Training Adventures are full or mini days of training, socialization, house-training support and supervised play in a home setting with small groups. Private sessions cover obedience, manners and specific behavior challenges, with in-home options. Small-group training courses teach owners to train their own dogs, and a board-and-train and a doggy spa are also offered. Mandy especially enjoys raising well-adjusted pups and helping dogs work toward therapy roles.

What owners say

One Wylie client wrote that Mandy "always made training positive" for a dog that used to bite and act tough.
