About Dog Possible
Behavior-focused training in Austin
Dog Possible is a positive reinforcement dog training and behavior modification practice in Austin, serving Central Texas dogs and their people. It was founded by Amy Fitzsimmons and Jen Germann, who met at Austin Pets Alive! and later co-founded Dogs Out Loud, a non-profit for shelter dogs with intensive behavior needs. Dog Possible partners with the city shelter's volunteer behavior team and several local rescues.
The trainers
Amy is a CBCC-KA through the CCPDT, a CDBC and CSB-D through the IAABC, a Fear Free Certified Trainer and a Pet Professional Guild Canine Training Professional, with well over a decade in the field. Jen, credited with over 20 years of training dogs and cats, is a CPDT-KA, a TTouch Practitioner I and a Canine Nutritionist. Jen is currently living away from Austin, so the PUPSTARTS group puppy classes are on hiatus.
