Bobbi Colorado's Canine Camp is a locally owned dog boarding facility and training center in Austin, at 8929 Highway 290 West, established in 2004 by longtime animal trainers. Boarding runs 365 days a year, dogs sleep in a climate-controlled house, play groups rotate through large yards, and staff live close by.

Training programs

Training is board and train: the dog stays at camp and the trainer works with it on basic obedience, behavior modification for barking, reactivity and anxiety, leash training, puppy socialization and confidence building for shy dogs. The 4 Week Board & Train costs $2,395 and covers come, sit, down, stay, loose leash walking and place, plus a bath and nail trim, a go-home lesson and one follow-up lesson at home or another agreed location. The 2 Week Board & Train costs $1,695 and suits dogs that have started training. Graduates can book an Individual Day Refresher for $95. Trainer Connor is described as a Certified Canine Trainer and Behavior Specialist.

Boarding and daycare

Boarding starts at $50 a night for one dog and includes daycare; daycare alone is $27 a day. Consultations are free.
