About A2J K9 Training Waco, Texas 76705

Service dog training in Waco

A2J Happy Tails K9 Training provides service dog training in Waco, with board and train programs that also serve families across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and Austin. It trains service dogs for children and adults, including autism service dogs, seizure alert dogs, diabetic alert dogs, psychiatric service dogs and mobility support dogs.

Approach

A2J describes its model as ethically structured and measurable, built for real-world reliability rather than controlled settings, with each stage designed to build clarity, neutrality, task precision and public stability. Handlers are expected to participate actively, follow the training standards, travel to Waco for scheduled sessions and take ongoing responsibility for public behavior. The trainer is a Certified Dog Trainer through Western States K9 College and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Programs

Programs include service dog training, structured obedience and behavior, therapy and public access development, puppy foundations and AKC Canine Good Citizen training, plus a canine nutrition system. Families start by requesting an evaluation or booking a consultation at 254-366-5222.
