Pawsitive Purrfection is a husband-and-wife-owned dog training and structured daycare business at 15605 Delahunty Ln in Pflugerville, run by Megan and Tim, who say they have spent nearly a decade caring for dogs. They describe themselves as small by design, so they can know each dog's personality.

The trainer

Megan is a Certified Dog Trainer (CCDT) through CATCH Canine Trainers Academy. Before certifying she studied canine behavior for over a year, completed more than 100 hours of hands-on volunteer work and worked with a training mentor. Her approach focuses exclusively on positive reinforcement and relationship-based training. She also competes in canine scent work.

Programs

The menu includes Puppy School, Day School and Structured Daycare. Structured daycare runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at $50 a day per dog, with supervised play in small matched groups, short training sessions, enrichment, rest breaks and manners reinforcement throughout the day.
