About Wet Nose Training

Family-run balanced training

Wet Nose Training is a small, family owned and operated dog training service at 24202 Boerne Stage Road in San Antonio. It was founded in 2010 by owner and trainer Andy Madison and offers balanced dog training for all breeds and temperaments, with a focus on bridging communication between owners and their dogs.

Board and train

The main programs are 3 and 4 week Board & Train packages, obedience programs for owners who want to put their dog's training in the hands of a professional. Wet Nose describes them as especially beneficial for hyperactive dogs, dogs with complicated behavior problems and dogs with aggressive tendencies. A free initial evaluation comes first, so the trainer can get to know owner and dog and the goals they want to meet.

What to ask

Ask about package prices, where dogs stay during board and train, and whether private lessons are offered as well.
