California Dog Training is a family business on a private five-acre property near Corona that is also the family's home. Its only trainer has more than 30 years of experience and evaluates every dog before recommending a program.

Programs

Personalized board and train for adult dogs starts at three weeks, with five weeks recommended. A two-week puppy program focuses on early training, socialization, confidence and household routines. Each program ends with a go-home session and continued support.

Approach

Training is reward-based, without shock collars, e-collars or harsh corrections. The trainer describes experience with advanced training, separation anxiety and complex behavior modification. Boarding is offered only to dogs that have completed a program.
