I've been going to Elite for about 2 years and absolutely look forward to my sessions. Ryan and Luke are amazing at what they do and are a joy to be around. They truly customize each persons strength and conditioning plan and are great at making on the fly adjustment day of when needed.

Having trained at Elite as a baseball athlete in 2014-2015 I have seen them grow from a handful of athletes to working with teams all around northeast Ohio, growing more and more each season. It’s been amazing to watch them expand while never sacrificing individual care and attention to detail with each and every athlete that walks through their doors. Luke and his staff are second to none and not only push athletes to be their athletic best on the field, but also be great people off.

Elite is great!! I have been working with Ryan Fallow and Luke. They are both excellent, fun and very motivating. They have worked with my high school daughters for six years now! We feel like they are part of the family!! Thanks for all you do!!

My daughter has been working with Luke and the guys at Elite for almost a year. I have seen a big difference in her speed and quickness. That has transfered to her play on the field.
