Training with Karlon turned out to be the best decision we made for ourselves and our three year old Hound mix, Hendricks. When we first rescued Hendricks he had been in and out of shelters and rescues for a few months, and was really needing structure and stability, as well as some obedience and behavioral modification. We tried PetsMart training and that was a mistake, certainly not the best option for people dealing with issues like biting and reactivity. The constant throwing of treats and letting them run the show might work for some dogs but it definitely didn't work for our more dominant-natured dog. So after that, we came to Alpha and Omega. The difference after working with Karlon is night and day! Karlon is always so calm and controlled when working with us and our pup, and we couldn't be more thankful for all his guidance. Hendricks was definitely acting out before because he needed us to take the lead and Karlon showed us how to do it! Hendricks is now sitting, staying, heeling and walking on leash like a pro, "leaving it" and holding spot whenever needed, especially when guests first arrive instead of jumping up at and nipping at them. And he is so happy!! He loves the structure and knowing what's expected of him, he is always smiling ear to ear. Best of all, Karlon helped us train Hendricks to understand that our kitty is OFF LIMITS and now we can finally have both our pets in the same room and the dog completely leaves the cat alone. We also have worked on his reactivity and now he can joyfully run around and play with our friend's dog. We even were able to take him on his first camping trip. We are beyond thankful for Karlon and all the work he's done with us. If you train your dogs the right way with the right trainer they will truly shine and live their best doggie life!!!

Karlon is a great trainer. He started with us when our dog was 6 months. We set our goals and expectations for the training and made a plan. The training exceeded our expectations. Not only did we receive the initial training, but we have a place to board our dog when we need at a very reasonable cost and access to more training if needed. Karlon is a great trainer. He is reliable, very knowledgeable about dog, and most importantly cares for your dogs genuinely! If you are in the market for a dog training, Karlon at AlphA and Omega training is the best!

Karlon is amazing, if you are looking for a reliable, consistent and professional trainer, do not look further, this is your guy!!! My German Shepherd is aggressive and dislike new people; Karlon handled him with no problems. I was so concerned my dog started to like him more than me LOL. Moreover, different than other trainers (companies) Karlon took the time to teach me how to handle him and gave me great tips. Karlon, and Alpha Omega Dog Training in general, was a life saver for our family. My husband and I are first time dog owners as a married couple. Both of our families grew up with dogs, but we had no clue how to train one of our own. Karlon came to our home and guided us through each training session, always being nice and fair to Diesel. We definitely struggled with reservations and misconceptions on our end, but Karlon was always patient with us and our puppy throughout the whole process. We started noticing dramatic differences in Diesel right from the get go, he is a very intelligent and fast learner. Diesel's progression throughout is nothing short of incredible. Karlon, and Alpha Omega, gave us the tools and guidance not only for Diesel, but for any additional animals we adopt in the future. We are beyond grateful to Karlon for all he did to help us train Diesel. While we understand that training and handling our dog while be a life long adventure, we have a night and day different puppy thanks to Karlon and Alpha Omega Dog Training!
