Two halves of the business

Helping Howls runs a pet training side and a service dog side. Pet training is delivered through board and train in Midlothian, Virginia, working on skills the site names directly: loose leash walking, jumping on people, counter surfing and coming when called.

Service dog work

The service dog side is the distinctive part. The practice works with clients to train their own service dog for disability mitigation, with programs described as designed to help teams nationwide succeed with a future service dog. Fully trained service dogs are also placed, and the site publishes a separate page for that.

Nationwide reach

Through virtual sessions, board and train, dog placements, and what the site calls raise and training, the program describes providing customized training worldwide.

Method
