About The Fetching Post
The Fetching Post has served the Zebulon area since 1997 and offers grooming, boarding, daycare, pet sitting, obedience training and a pet taxi. It runs a client app for appointments and boarding cameras, and publishes full vaccine requirements including a note that canine influenza cover "must be specifically requested by name" because "it is often not included in the standard vaccination packages offered by vet offices."
The training course, with its price
The business announces "our new dog training program designed to meet all of your canine's needs! Whether you're looking for basic obedience, or specialized behavior correction, we have something for every dog," with upcoming classes in puppy socialization, obedience training and behavior modification. The published format is specific: "a 6 week group training course that requires owner presence," recommended "if you are interested in a group setting, with socialization included to learn basic commands." It "focuses on desensitizing pups to distractions of furiends, different sounds and voices, while keeping them engaged throughout training," and takes dogs of any age – "whether they're a playful puppy or a wise old furiend."
The cost is $300 per dog, which the business breaks out as $50 a session. Places are limited, sessions run Mondays and Thursdays at The Fetching Post Board Shop, and the first day is a consultation covering materials, payment plans and goals.
Who it’s best for
Best for Zebulon and eastern-ring owners who want a priced group course with the owner present, at a business their dog may already use for boarding or grooming.
