About Kabler School For Dogs

Kabler School For Dogs runs a training campus at 9 Busbee View Road in Asheville and a second one in Columbia, South Carolina, and its own tagline is "Living the Dog Training Life Since 1995". The Asheville campus is climate controlled and the school offers a free evaluation there before enrollment.

The course list

The published course structure is Puppy Preschool, Private and Day Train courses, and a Residency Board & Train. Puppy Preschool covers confidence building, puppy obedience and house training. The school says group classes are always included for graduates as continuing education, and it publishes off-leash reliability as the end goal: "By starting your training journey now your dog will be well behaved and off leash trained by Spring!"

Testing and titles

The school has hosted AKC Canine Good Citizen testing at its own campus, and its own blog documents a trainer, Bennett Chess, running the Ulti-Mutt 5K in Tryon with his English Setter. One of the school's dogs is listed with PH1 and CGC titles.
