About Woofin’ Good Time

Woofin' Good Time is a dog training academy on East Aiken Road in Eden, at the northern edge of the region. The business says it has been voted Best Dog Trainer in Rockingham County for three consecutive years, including 2026.

Programs

Five are published, and each has its own page: a 6-Week Group Obedience Class, an In-Home Training Program, a 4-Week Board-and-Train Program, a 2-Week Board-and-Train Program, and a Rehabilitation Program. That last one is the interesting entry – a separate track from the obedience ladder, for dogs that need more than a class.

Method

The business describes its trainers as certified and specializing in positive reinforcement methods, and says it builds a tailored plan with each owner rather than running a fixed curriculum. Its stated aim is a strong bond and a relationship that lasts, not just a dog that sits.
