About Yuppy Puppy Pet Spa

What they do

The Yuppy Puppy runs grooming and spa services, boarding and day care, and a training program it names the Yuppy Puppy Ivey League, which it says welcomes dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. Individual lessons and packages are published as available.

What the training covers

The training page is specific about the problems it addresses: a dog that barks when the doorbell rings, jumps up on guests, pulls on the leash, does not come when called or does not sit or lie down first time. It also publishes day training as a distinct format, described as giving the dog the benefits of a board-and-train program without sending it away for weeks – the dog is dropped off and goes home the same day.

The business

The business has two locations, O'Fallon and a newer site at Cottleville; this is the O'Fallon one. It states its trainers received a Best Trainers in St. Charles award in 2017.

Also

The business runs a rescue arm, which it publishes on its own site.
