About Hundeskool LLC

What they offer

Hundeskool offers obedience training, detection training (nose work, narcotics and accelerant), board-and-train services and boarding for its clients. Its site also covers AKC Canine Good Citizen and AKC Trick Dog titles, and says its clients include pet dog owners, service dog handlers, professional K-9 handlers, law enforcement K-9 units, search-and-rescue teams and sport dog competitors.

How it works

The Services page says most foundation and basic training is done at the training center, then taken off site so handlers and dogs can work together in real-world situations once foundation behaviors are reliable. It says clients come from around the country for training, boarding and board-and-train.

Approach

The site describes training built on respect, consistency and trust, using balanced techniques through operant conditioning, with the goal of giving owners the skills to carry on with this dog and future dogs.
