About Capitol K-9

What they offer

Capitol K-9, which calls itself Capitol K9 of Montgomery, lists pages for puppies and house breaking, basic obedience, advanced obedience and personal protection. Its home page describes personal 1 on 1 training using positive reinforcement and says hourly training, or in some cases board and train, is an option.

The approach

The home page frames training as a process, not an event. Its stated aims include learning to challenge and reward your dog, understanding your dog's wants, needs and limitations, and building a foundation of obedience meant to last a lifetime.

Good to know

Program details sit on the individual service pages, so check those or ask. Ask whether your dog suits hourly sessions or board and train.
