Formats offered

The services menu is wide: group courses, workshops, day training, private lessons, virtual learning, payment plans and boarding. Clients’ published testimonials also describe a board-and-train program used for reactivity and anxiety cases, and the site advertises payment plans as a standing option rather than a promotion.

Stated approach

Training is described as relationship-based and balanced: “Our relationship based training approach ensure a harmonious bond with your dog and a well-behaved, reliable companion. Firm, fair boundaries teach your the rules to life and freedom is earned by following these rules.” The mission statement adds that training is “tailored to meet the needs of both ends of the leash”, prioritizing the dog’s comfort and learning style while building the owner’s clarity and communication, and is “rooted in respectful boundaries, trust, & real-world success”.

What clients say they came for

The published testimonials name reactivity and dog-directed aggression as the presenting problem more often than anything else, alongside puppies and general manners; several describe a four-week board-and-train. The trainer named throughout those testimonials is Heather.
