About Ember Eye Canine

Personalized training that comes to you

Ember Eye Canine is a dog training business in Springfield that works with dogs and their families throughout the Eugene area. Training comes to the client, and the focus is on giving owners the tools to communicate clearly and confidently with their dogs.

Approach

The trainer describes the methods as fair, fun and effective for any dog, from a 6-pound Poodle to a 150-pound Pyrenees. With a background in training police dogs, the trainer says every dog can be helped, including fearful, stubborn or even aggressive dogs. The goal is a dog that is happy, confident and a joy to live with, beyond simply obedient.

Services

Options include board and train, one-on-one sessions and adventure hikes.

What to ask

Ask about pricing, session length, the board and train setup and the trainer's background with police dogs.
