About Janine’s Super K9s

What they offer

Janine's Super K9s helps dogs that struggle with reactivity, anxiety or focus when the world gets exciting. Trainer Janine Strada Vander Yacht is a Certified Control Unleashed Instructor and lists the CPDT-KA among her certifications.

What to expect

The program addresses the emotion behind the behavior rather than drilling obedience, for dogs afraid of other dogs, people, sounds or new environments. Work centers on focus and impulse control through fun pattern games that teach the dog to check in with the owner even around distractions, then builds the owner's ability to read the dog.

How she trains

She blends fun with science-based training methods.
