About Advantage Dog Training
What they offer
Advantage Dog Training Tri-Cities was established in 2018 by trainer Christina Coughlin, who spent almost ten years at a Pasco dog daycare managing large off-leash packs, helping teach training classes and running the boarding kennel. She offers one-on-one training sessions and six-week play groups, along with training eBooks, rental gear and free articles on dog body language, behavior management and bringing home a new or rescued dog.
How she trains
Training starts with understanding how dogs communicate, then builds a plan that uses games, treats and positive reinforcement to teach life skills. She enjoys helping new puppy owners get off to a good start, and helping rescue dogs and their families work through a difficult past is especially close to her heart.
