About Carolyn’s Canine

What they offer

Carolyn's Canine specializes in one-on-one private dog training in Santa Fe. Basic manners training covers sit, stay, come, loose-leash walking and polite greetings for puppies and adult dogs. Behavior modification addresses aggression toward dogs or people, leash reactivity, resource guarding, separation anxiety, fear and low confidence, along with everyday problems such as chewing, counter-surfing, digging, barking and jumping.

Board and train

Board and train places the dog with the trainer in a home environment for one-on-one training, which suits owners who travel or want a head start.

How they train

Training uses positive reinforcement and clicker training, with customized plans and no punishment or dominance-based methods.
