About One Of A Kind Canine

What they offer

One of a Kind Canine is a training and boarding facility on East Murray Street in Rawlins, run by its owner, founder and trainer, Ashlea. Training starts with a consultation, and the residency programs range from a five-day introduction to obedience and manners to a three-week program covering on and off leash obedience and e-collar work, each with private follow-up lessons included. Owners who prefer to learn alongside their dog can buy packages of hour-long private lessons built around their own goals.

Puppies, classes and clinics

Puppy Preschool is a day program for puppies 8 to 12 weeks old, who learn confidence and early obedience during the day and go home at night. Pack Classes are group classes for basic manners, advanced tricks, scentwork and other dog sports, and new classes are announced to registered customers first. Rattlesnake avoidance clinics run in late spring and early summer, with refresher sessions, and AKC Canine Good Citizen and trick title evaluations are offered by appointment.

Boarding and daycare

The facility also boards dogs, cats and some exotic pets and runs group-play daycare; new dogs complete a meet and greet before booking. Bookings and training requests go through the online pet portal, and the team prefers a text message when you arrive.
