DBF (Dog Boarding with a Family) dog training addresses basic obedience, advanced commands, behavior modification, leash walking, jumping, biting/nipping, recall, home etiquette, puppyhood, socialization, reactivity and anxiety.

Approach

The trainers use positive reinforcement and clicker training with an emphasis on building trust rather than harsh or punishment-based methods.

Good to know

Instructors include Nico, described as a NADOI-qualified trainer/behaviorist, and Anthony Recchia, who has over 12 years of experience and has worked with police, military and world-competition-level dogs. Training is delivered as in-home private lessons in a familiar home setting rather than a facility, serving Philadelphia, the Main Line and Wilmington, DE.
