About McNamara Pet Services

Walking, sitting and training in Trumbull

McNamara Pet Services is a Trumbull pet care business, established in 2016, offering dog walking, cat sitting, Sniffari Adventures and positive dog training. It was started by Krista McNamara after a bad experience with someone watching her own pets. The team is bonded, insured and Pet First Aid & CPR certified, and Krista participates in professional pet care and dog training organizations to stay current.

Services

Dog training happens in one-on-one sessions in your home or neighborhood, covering puppy foundations, leash walking and everyday behavior challenges with "positive, practical training that works." Sniffari Adventures are 60 minute one-on-one trail outings on the Pequonnock Valley Trail with round-trip transportation. Private dog walks come in 30-Minute ($32) and 45-Minute ($40) options, and cat sitting visits include feeding, litter box care and playtime.

Getting started

New clients complete a form in the client portal, upload a rabies certificate and then schedule a meet and greet.
