About For a Civilized Dog

What they offer

For a Civilized Dog is a family-owned dog training company that has worked in Orange County since 2000. It handles everything from basic obedience to aggressive behavior, and every program starts with a free consultation.

Programs

Private instruction is one-on-one at its training location near John Wayne Airport or in the owner's home and covers basic obedience, behavior modification and tricks. The basic Board and Train is a 21-day stay with daily one-on-one training in obedience and manners at a 13,000 square foot indoor and outdoor facility, and graduates can return for further stays or daycare.

Certifications

The team offers private AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluations by appointment and helps prepare dogs for therapy dog evaluations.
