About Paws Academy Dog Training

Positive reinforcement training in Key Largo

Paws Academy Dog Training is a Key Largo dog trainer run by Brynn Gibbs, who brings obedience training and behavior modification to clients. Brynn began as a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence in 2010 and later trained rescue dogs for soldiers with PTSD and diabetic alert dogs for kids. She started as an assistant trainer at a daycare and boarding facility in 2017 and earned her CPDT-KA certification in 2018, teaching agility, nose work, rally, off-leash and Canine Good Citizen classes and rehabilitating dogs with bite histories.

Method

Training emphasizes positive reinforcement and reward systems, building each program around the owner's goals and the things the dog loves.
