About Semper Fi K9 Dog Training and Nutrition

In-home and board-and-train programs from Jupiter

Semper Fi K-9 Dog Training & Nutrition is a Jupiter-area business offering customized in-home dog training and board and train across the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches, including St. Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach counties. Its work spans behavior modification, aggression and confidence work, puppy training, service dog training and nutrition management.

Programs

Private lessons take place in the owner's home once or twice a week for 60 minutes a visit. Board and train boot camps run 2-6 weeks. The puppy program starts as early as 8 weeks, general obedience targets reactive impulses and confidence, and service dog and trauma therapy training are custom-tailored. Every program includes group class access for life, and advanced programs are available on request.

How it works

Trainers begin with an in-home assessment of the dog's routine, environment and goals, then build an action plan with a clear breakdown of cost, estimated duration and focus areas. A free phone evaluation is offered at (561) 888-9476. The business also hosts free socialization classes in Abacoa, Jupiter and Port St. Lucie.

What to ask

Ask who the trainers are, what methods and tools they use, and what the programs cost.
