About K9 Specialist Inc.

In-home training from Miami Beach

K-9 Specialist is an in-home dog training company based in Miami Beach, led by founder and CEO Dennis Urrutia. The company credits him with 32 years of expertise serving Miami-Dade since the 1990s and over 14,000 dogs trained in his career, and calls him Miami-Dade's longest practicing in-home dog trainer. Its team trainers range from 4 to 32 years of experience, and the company describes its behavior work as proven, balanced training. Evaluations take place in the home across Miami-Dade and Broward and cover behavior observation, a safety and temperament check, goal setting, a look at daily routines and a customized action plan.
