About Humane Domain

What they offer

Humane Domain offers dog training classes and private sessions in Marriottsville. Classes run on a published schedule, including a basic manners class that teaches loose-leash walking with turns and figure eights, and private one-on-one sessions provide customized training for problem behaviors.

Assistance dogs

The business works with a nonprofit to train assistance dogs and donates part of every class's proceeds to it, so some classmates may be immunocompromised clients.

The founder

Founder Debbie Winkler, CABC, CPDT-KA, has provided behavior consultations and training for many species for more than 25 years and helped create the first national certification for professional dog trainers.
