About Zen Dog Training

Services

Zen Dog Training offers in-home dog training and group puppy classes based on positive reinforcement, along with online training solutions, eBooks and a puppy survival guide. Its team of trainers works with dogs of all ages and breeds on problems from house training and manners to reactivity and separation anxiety, and plans can also include training for shy or fearful dogs, agility, becoming a therapy dog and off-leash obedience.

Approach

The trainers combine positive reinforcement, teachable moments and fear-free interruptions to modify behavior without punishments or corrections. The site says the business has used these methods every day since 2005.
