About Michael’s Dogs
Fear and aggression help in Houston
Michael's Dogs is a Houston dog training and behavior practice led by Michael Baugh, a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (CDBC). It focuses on fearful and aggressive dogs, and Michael's teaching style is described as calm, kind and patient, centered on the owner's goals, family and dog.
How it works
In-person behavior coaching covers the Houston area, including West Houston, Cypress, Bridgeland, The Heights, Oak Forest, the Energy Corridor, Bunker Hill, Memorial, Spring Branch, the Galleria, Uptown, Bellaire and River Oaks. Clients follow a custom training plan for their dog with personal support from Michael between visits. Live video behavior coaching is available anywhere in North America, with a customized written behavior plan, and the self-paced Aggressive Dog Training Foundations online course can be taken alone or combined with live consultations. A free 15-minute call is the first step.
Training topics
Beyond aggression and fear, Michael helps with unruly behavior such as jumping, high energy and barking, and with getting a dog ready for a new baby. His blog covers topics including reactivity, recall and calm behavior.
