About Koba’s Four Paws Institute, LLC

A training institute in Montgomery

Koba's Four Paws Institute is a dog training and boarding program at 64 McCaleb Rd in Montgomery, serving Greater Houston and Central Texas. It was founded in 2017 by Britney Lippke, owner and lead trainer, who has trained since 2015 and specializes in service dog training. The institute is named for Koba, her first personal service dog.

Background

Britney worked with a number of dog training organizations before starting her own, first training dogs out of her home with childhood friend Dalton before building a dedicated facility. Jess, Director of Administration since 2021 and an aspiring trainer, greets clients, helps with private lessons and go-homes, and runs bi-weekly group classes.

Programs

The menu includes on-leash and off-leash board and train, a puppy program, day training, behavior modification and service dog training, from a full basic obedience course to a single session. Training is rooted in balanced and reward-based techniques.

What to ask
