About PetSmart Dog Training

Katy Freeway store

Suite 500 at 24600 Katy Freeway is home to Katy's PetSmart training program, near Colonial Pkwy and the Interstate 10 frontage road. Accredited Trainers here center their teaching on positive reinforcement, aiming for skills that last well past the final class.

What dogs can work on

Puppies and adults train together in group classes that put cues to the test around real distractions. Owners who would rather go one-on-one can book private classes paced to the dog. Structure runs through every course, so a puppy starting fresh and an adult tackling something new both build on earlier sessions. Once the basics are solid, an advanced class follows, and savings packages bundle more than one class.
