Approach

The trainers sum up their order of work as "Confidence first. Communication second. Obedience follows." They describe recall as teaching a dog to think and work through distractions, treat recall and leash control as safety skills for powerful dogs, and say they believe in working dogs in real scenarios so they learn how and when to counter aggression. The aim is a dog who can think, make good choices and trust its handler. The team also works with rescue dogs and has posted dogs available for adoption.
