About Dog 4 Life

Dog 4 Life near Bastrop

Dog 4 Life is a veteran owned and operated dog training company in Bastrop, working on six acres just outside Austin and serving Central Texas. Trainer Adrienne Forsythe has attended Gold School six times, and the business uses the NePoPo system with permission from its creators. The team says it is experienced and certified, actively pursues further education and takes part in sports and activities with its own dogs.

Method

The focus is on changing how a dog thinks, beyond the commands it knows, and on motivating the dog so its demeanor matters as much as how well it listens. Owners get coaching, resources and support so results last.

Programs

Board and train programs are available for dogs of all ages and include personal one-on-one coaching. Private lesson and hybrid programs combine one-on-one coaching with a short board and train for skills-honing. In-home private lessons bring the trainer to the dog's home, suited to busy schedules, high anxiety or multiple-dog issues. A two-week puppy boot camp is mentioned by clients.

What owners say

One client called a puppy boot camp "the BEST thing we could have done for our family and the pup."
