About Paws Of Love

What they offer

Paws Of Love is a therapy dog organization that also trains family dogs in the Inland Empire. Training focuses on positive reinforcement and behavior modification, and every California class is offered as a group or private session.

Classes

Beginning obedience for puppies under five months covers focus, sit, down, stay, come, leave it, place and loose-leash walking, along with socialization, and includes the AKC STAR Puppy test. A five-week Canine Good Citizen course trains both ends of the leash.

Therapy dog prep

A five-week prep school readies dog and handler for animal-assisted therapy work and includes the Canine Good Citizen test. Teams can then join the organization's visits to hospitals, schools and libraries.
