The Canine Enrichment Co. is a Tampa training business founded by Jenna Slutzky, focused on puppies and adolescent dogs across the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Jenna says she has spent more than 16 years in animal care, including a decade managing daycare and boarding facilities and the last 8 years as a professional trainer. She is a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner, a Family Dog Mediator and a Fear Free Certified Professional, holds a certificate in Applied Animal Behavior from the University of Washington, and teaches pet first aid and CPR.

Approach

Jenna's training puts the dog's well-being ahead of perfect obedience, with more room for decompression, choice and rest. Work covers loose leash walking, recall, settling in public and staying calm in a busy world, with the aim of building confidence and resilience for adulthood.

Services

The company offers puppy training, board and train, enrichment and adventure outings such as enrichment walks, and overnight boarding. Each client starts with a discovery call or consultation and gets a plan with ongoing support.
