The BEST dog store for food, equipment, treats, toys, and training gear etc. Every time we come here, we are greeted immediately, helped throughout our visit, and love talking with the shop staff about dog sports. We have purchased a number of very specific items that are hard to come by in-person (I.E. Rex Specs, Cato Boards, Voila Pouches, Red Line bite pillows etc) and it’s always so nice to see and hold what you’re buying, before making the purchase.

We have come to the store both for public sales as well as the private shopping, and both situations are fantastic experiences.

If you’re a seasoned dog sports person of any kind, looking to add some cool stuff to your dogs arsenal, or just curious about getting into dog sports – NEO is the place for you. 11/10 cannot recommend them enough!

A rare gem for dog owners! This pet store tailored to working dog supplies and gear has everything you could need for an active sport dog. I left with new tug toys, a biothane long lead, and a new Cato board to practice exercises with my dogs. The owner has fantastic photos of her with her dogs on the wall showing her incredible bond with her dogs. I'm not from the Cleveland area and I wish we had something like this in my hometown. Their supplies for dog collars, muzzles, leads, crates, and toys was fantastic!! Highly recommend visiting if you have active sport dogs or want to get good supplies for your dog. Can't wait to go back.

It’s awesome that a place like this exists. I wanted a muzzle for my mixed breed, and it was great to get the owner’s advice and try them on in person, rather than buying and returning several muzzles online. Both staff and owner were very helpful.
