7 years ago I purchased one of their highest packages for several thousand dollars to train our Malinois puppy to prepare for certifications. Jay did great with basic training skills. She learned sit and how to walk on a leash. But also introduced a shock collar. I hated using it because she acted weird and too submissive. After 7 lessons Jay decided she was trained and released us. We spent several thousand dollars for specialized training and never made it past basic pet smart training and ontop of that we had to hire a professional trainer to retrain her because she was traumatized and weird when the shock collar was on her neck.

I wouldnt waste your money on this guy. I posted a review after the training and they deleted it. So I am posting again as a warning if you are thinking of getting more than basic training go somewhere else!

I was referred to this company by a trusted friend for my 3 year old Yorkie, Justice. I rescued her from the shelter and she came with multiple issues. The biggest one being she was NOT house broken and very aggressive towards other dogs. Jay Trainer came to my home to conduct the evaluation and from the very start I was impressed. He gathered some cursory information and then really started getting to the root of what was going on with Justice. It was an absolute learning experience for me! I never even considered some of the things he pointed out to me which were absolutely true!!! By the time the evaluation was over, I had a completely different dog!

I elected to go forward with the on/off leash program and I believe it was the best investment I could have ever made for my baby. First, she hasn't gone potty in the house since the evaluation. Also, she no longer thinks she has to be the toughest dog in Cleveland. I can actually enjoy taking her out with me now, which is the reason I got her in the first place. I'm just so grateful for having met Jay and what he has been able to achieve for us!!!!!

Before enrolling into Alpha and Omega dog training classes I researched so many different dog training classes and I chose this one because I really liked how you are part of a membership that is allowed to receive training at anytime to address any behaviors that are unwanted. I have a boxer and spaniel mix puppy so my dog has very high energy and I had very little experience with a high energy dog I even learned a lot on how to control my puppy and for him to behave how I want him too. After the 1st session we noticed a change in his behavior he was much calmer and we were taught the right commands and hand signals and how to manage him on and off leash wash was a learning experience for me as well. Karlon was very patient with me and my dog to get all the commands and leash training right, working through distractions, and he was very flexible with scheduling training sessions which is a super plus. I would definitely recommend Alpha and Omega Dog training to anybody.

We cannot say enough good things about Jay and AlphA and Omega Dog Training. We are in the middle of our private sessions and our 5 month old puppy is so well behaved. We have had many friends over and gotten so many compliments on our puppy's behavior.

We got our puppy from the rescue and needless to say we were novices when it came to training. From our initial meeting, Jay has been awesome. He took the time to get to know us and our puppy. At our initial meeting, Jay got our puppy to go in a down and stay position. We were sold. Jay is very direct, he explains why our puppy acted the way she did, and he totally loves dogs. This shows in his interactions with our puppy.

We are happy to say that our puppy is happy, we are happy:) Jay has given us the tools to ensure we remain this way. Our dog is very social, listens and obeys her commands not only from the adults but from the kids as well. We can also leave her off the leash. Thanx to Jay

I can not say enough about alpha and omega! I’ve never been a pet owner so I didn’t know much about dogs. Jay helped me and my family to understand the relationship between our dog and us and how to communicate with him. We are so glad to have these tools and to be a part of erasing the stigma that pit bulls carry with ours and our dogs training.
